  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  For large furniture items, our specialized courier will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient time for doorstep collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
